Boxing & Coaching

January is one of the months with the most activity related to the change of employment.

According to a LinkedIn study the main reasons Spanish people have for change of employment are the lack of confidence, salary, maintaining the comfort zone and better benefits among others. LinkedIn offers different tools to face these difficulties.

Objective

Gather media specialists at an attractive event where Sarah Harmon (Country Manager) can explain this study, as well as LinkedIn tools.

The Idea

We developed an event where we could carry out boxing and coaching classes aimed at overcoming these obstacles.

We create a concept for the event:

Gym monitors taught the sports class to overcome those fears, while Sarah Harmon along with the LinkedIn staff taught the class of coaching, combining both classes throughout the event.

Subsequently a healthy breakfast was given to the attendees to replenish strength before returning to work and a small gift to attend.
